I am passionate about connecting individuals and teams to their natural creativity, strengths, and resourcefulness. As a result, they can navigate their ever changing environment with purpose and clarity, deliver meaningful results, build strong relationships, and create their best and biggest life. 

The  transformational power of coaching was first introduced to me through a corporate leadership pipeline program.  I discovered the power of connecting with one’s values and strengths, of identifying limiting beliefs and sending them for a hike, and of having access to a myriad of perspectives to look at challenges differently. Best of all, I realised with how much fun and lightness a lot of this can be done and soon looked for a way to share this gift with others.
